Great location near the therme and easy to access. Comfortable bed and pillows for a romantic escape. the spacious bathroom had plenty of towels and was very clean.

Rooms were not soundproofed at all, we were constantly disturbed by the noise of other guests. the room was too hot and the air conditioning wasn't working properly.

We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and we were impressed by the level of comfort and quality services provided. the location of this place in a small lovely park made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved being surrounded by greenery and having the opportunity to take relaxing walks in the nearby park.

the location was ideal, just a short walk from the railway station and near to the local Kristall Therme. the room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony to enjoy the fresh air. the bathroom was also spacious with a tub for a relaxing bath. the service was excellent, friendly staff, and even provided us with a travel bed for our child. the breakfast was delicious, with options including gluten-free choices.
